Due to popular demand, we will be offering our members another chance to experience the insanely fun Bounce St. Albans with our members.

This special members event will have you bouncing to banging tunes in a welcoming, motivating, nightclub vibe environment.

*MEMBERS EVENT* The Little Gym Cartwheel Party!

We'd love to invite you to a We Are Community exclusive members event. 

Come and experience all The Little Gym has to offer in a private party for 5-12 year olds at The Little Gym Harpenden's Cartwheel Party. Exciting gymnastics skills combined with lots of opportunities to burn off energy and have fun! Parents are welcome to stay and network with other members whilst enjoying complimentary tea and coffee. 

The Little Gym Harpenden are proud to make a positive difference in over 800 local children's lives each week and we can't wait to show you how!

We are offering 15 free tickets to this event exclusively for our members only. It will be held at The Little Gym Rothamsted, West Common, Harpenden AL5 2JQ on September 1st 2pm-3pm.

*MEMBERS EVENT* WOLF APPROACH BOOTCAMP!

Join us for a fun and friendly fitness session with our St. Albans member Wolf Approach. A bootcamp suitable for absolute beginners and total professionals where you can work within your own ability, learn, get fit, meet other members, and have fun!

The session will include a functional warm up as well as a cool down / stretch at the end and explain how (and why!) to do these things properly.

The actual workout will consist of a great array of exercises, mixing body weights and cardio with a variety of fun equipment including dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells and much more. Each exercise has options to make it easier or harder, so you will always work to your level and not someone else's :-)

We are offering 30 free tickets to this event exclusively for our members only. It will be held at Cunningham Playing Fields by Park View close, St. Albans.
