Stay In Your Car Treasure Hunt

A Covid-free fun event for everyone, organised by Rotary in Harpenden. Follow written directions for 20 miles along country lanes in Flamstead, Slip End and Codicote areas, looking for answers to 55 clues – all visible from the comfort of your car.

Starting from Bowers Way East Car Park, Harpenden AL5 4EQ at 5-minute intervals from 9.30am - 2pm on Sunday 21 March 2021.

A fee of £10 per car will go to support the charity, the Herts & Essex Air Ambulance Trust. The winner and runners-up can choose from a range of prizes. Booking is essential.

Residents of Harpenden street Piggottshill Lane have teamed together to brighten up their road in the run up to Easter with a fun, family initiative.

The locals have decorated their windows with Easter eggs. Some of the eggs have letters, so the aim is to find all the eggs and work out the hidden message. They will be on display from 4.30pm on Saturday 20th March to Monday 5th April.
