Movie nights are back at the Sundown Cinema at Luton Hoo

Sundown Cinema will be hosting several nights of fantastic films for the sixth year at the fabulous Luton Hoo Hotel, Golf and Spa.  They have a huge space for their large screen, wood fired pizza and well stocked bar. 

If that wasn’t enough the five star team at the Hoo can upgrade your cinema experience with an overnight stay, pre cinema meal or even a spa day! Or make a weekend of it and take advantage of the spa, indoor pool with a view onto woodlands and relaxed dining.  You can even turn up early and play on the championship 18 hole par 73 golf course.

Beyond the formal gardens you will discover over 1,000 acres of glorious parkland, meadows, woodlands, lakes, rivers and nature trails to be explored and it’s in this fantastic estate that they set up for several nights each year

*MEMBERS EVENT* WOLF APPROACH BOOTCAMP!

Join us for a fun and friendly fitness session with our St. Albans member Wolf Approach. A bootcamp suitable for absolute beginners and total professionals where you can work within your own ability, learn, get fit, meet other members, and have fun!

The session will include a functional warm up as well as a cool down / stretch at the end and explain how (and why!) to do these things properly.

The actual workout will consist of a great array of exercises, mixing body weights and cardio with a variety of fun equipment including dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells and much more. Each exercise has options to make it easier or harder, so you will always work to your level and not someone else's :-)

We are offering 30 free tickets to this event exclusively for our members only. It will be held at Cunningham Playing Fields by Park View close, St. Albans.

There will be 1 ticket available per member/business but please do email if you want to bring a plus 1 incase there are extra spaces available.
